    Throughout our website there are various forms including, but not limited to, registration forms and on-line registration forms for events and conference. These forms may ask for contact information (such as your name, company, mailing address and e-mail address). Contact information from these forms is used to confirm registration or verify other information based on your specific request/need. Forms on our site that request financial information do so in order to bill you for services ordered.

    The Way We Use Information

    We use the information you provide about yourself when registering for an event, conference or posting a position. We do not share this information without outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete a reservation. We do not use personal information collected during registrations for solicitations.

    We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
