Speaker Bio:
Amy Bakay, SHRM-SCP, is a self-proclaimed “HR-Geek” and founder and CEO of HR NOLA, a New Orleans-based HR Consulting and Outsourcing firm. She started HR NOLA after identifying a necessity for tailored Human Resources solutions for small businesses. When she isn't teaching the employee life cycle at Tulane Law School, she serves on the Nola SHRM Board and is a frequent speaker and advocate for Human Resources and Women's Leadership initiatives.
