Dr. Christopher Castille
Chris received his B.S. in Psychology from Louisiana State University and his M.A. and Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Louisiana Tech University. He is an Assistant Professor of Management and Marketing for the College of Business Administration at Nicholls State University. He is also a Co-director of the People Analytics Lab. His research examines all things related to creating an evidence-based theory of virtue ethics. Dr. Castille’s work has been published in academic journals including the Journal of Business Ethics, Personality and Individual Differences, Industrial & Organizational Psychology: Perspectives on Science and Practice, and Computers and Human Behavior. He also frequently presents at the annual conferences for the Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Inc. and the Southern Management Association.
