    TOPIC:

Conflict resolution is the most essectial skill for a productive and quality workplace experience. Addressing any behaviors or experiences that get in the way or hinder how well employees, no matter how minor, must be addressed thoroughly and in a timely manner. The root cause must be identified so that the situation does not continue to repeat or manifest in a different way. Getting to the source, whether that is a process decision or a performance issue must be identified and addressed. This process can be taxing and uncomfortable for many leaders. As the Human capital RESOURCE (HR!) it is yoru role to ensure consistencey and support in facilitating and aiding leaders to address and manage the conflict. Participants will walk away with the necessary practices to support leaders in managing conflict, including one-on-ones on every level in the organization regardless of size, clarity and discipline procedures, and training on how to address conflict.
