This interactive workshop will teach you the elements of a Strategic Planning Process while understanding the tools to be utilized throughout the Strategic process.  Sherry Johnson, SHRM-SCP, CAE; SHRM Field Services Director will walk us through elements of the Strategic Execution Planning Cycle, including Strategic Budgeting.

Ms. Johnson will use Bayou SHRM as the case study while giving you the tools you need to apply the process to your own organization.  This workshop also gives you, a Bayou SHRM Member, the opportunity to give input about the long-term plan for our Chapter.  At the day’s end, the Bayou SHRM Chapter will have successfully written a Strategic Plan, address any concerns Board Members or Members may have about sustaining a long-term practice of planning and budgeting, and review and propose amendments to the Bayou SHRM Bylaws.

This is such a great opportunity for our Chapter and our Members.  The cost of this all-day hands-on workshop is included with your Bayou SHRM Membership.

This event takes the place of our February Meeting and you may earn up to 6.75 hours of SHRM/HRCI credits.  Be sure to sign up.  Space is limited with our members having first opportunity.  Lunch will be provided.
